Here's what I have been working on the last few weeks when not working on Christmas gifts that I can't BLOG about! : ( It's the cover project from
Interweave Crochet Fall 2011. I used the yarn that was called for -
Fiber Company Canopy Lace. It's really soft and amazing. The sweater is on Ravelry
here and in my ravelry projects
here.

From its meager beginnings a couple short weeks ago, when it took me several swatches GRRR to get the right gauge. I had to use much smaller hooks than called for - like 0 and 1!
To its current stage of middle-doneness (that's the stage between beginning and almost doneness, right?)
Here's the beginning of the right side wrappy thing - when finished each side is 26" long and then you have to add the lace edge! But it's going fast....
Then there are the sleeves. I ripped out the seams - both of them - because I didn't like the way it turned out, but now I'm happy with them - can you see the seam?? At all?? :0)

This is keeping me sane when I'm not quilting for Christmas! Happy Wednesday!
